DISCOVER THE BENEFITS
quipped with its own hydraulic system and applied to the rear of the tractor, it performs the recovery, cleaning and encasing of olives in bins or crates.
The machine allows:
- to a single operator, to quickly remove olives from a sheet to lay it in the first free row and not interrupt harvesting
- bringing only clean olives to the mill, to pay only for the net weight milling
There are 3 models to choose from:
BASIC VACUUM
VACUUM FORKLIFT
RIBBON VACUUM
FIND OUT HOW IT’S DONE
CRF recommends using the Aspirator in conjunction with the Net Rewinder:
- both machines mounted on the same tractor – with the Retractor on the front linkage and the Aspirator on the third hydraulic point, so that, the operator, by means of the hose equipped with a suction nozzle, sucks the olives into the backwash formed in front of the roller, at the end of the rewinding of the cloth
- each machine is attached to its own tractor – in this case, as the length of the suction hose is shorter, the suction speed is higher but an extra means must be used
Its primary function is to quickly remove olives from a sheet so that it can be quickly moved to the first free inter-row with the use of only 1 operator.
This version, with a fixed fork and only the third hydraulic point, involves the use of one bins at a time.
This version, differs from the Basic model, for the presence also of a lifter with which, at the end of the working day, to stack two bins at a time and place them on a 1.30 m platform; this operation is performed by rotating upward, the star feeder.
This version allows olives to be unloaded directly onto a rear trailer.
With ample maneuvering space, it represents an excellent solution.
The suction body and hydraulics of the aspirator are the same as the previous versions, but, this model involves the use of a vane ribbon and a pull for a trailer on which to unload the cleaned olives.
Fan with tangential blades rotor and hydraulic supply.
This type of rotor also allows the elimination of small branches.
Leaves and small branches are removed by the fan, while the olives, being heavier, fall directly into the allocated bin or crate. The air injection into the ‘cyclone’ is adjustable to optimize a best cleaning process.
