The SMART 4.0 kit allows VP10 to be interconnected as a 4.0 device, that is, with remote control for bidirectional data transmission between machine and company.
In the cockpit, the dashboard is set up with a touchscreen, a PLC device, a GSM module with an external antenna and SIM card slot; on board the machine, a series of sensors are applied to detect process parameters.
During collection, the kit sends parameters and process data to the platform while, from the company, via the Rilheva app, the work program to be used can be sent to the machine.
