CARO I
represents the smart system of the modern methodology of the vegetagles collect for ‘food‘ factory.
It is equipped with extendable leveling side belts that, are rotated transversely to the direction of travel during the work phase and closed in silhouette, during transfers.
The use of the wagon allows a higher harvesting speed with significantly fewer binders than those used in manual harvesting.
It can be used for harvesting the following vegetables:

Courgettes
Aubergines
Artichokes
Cucumbers
Peppers
Melons
Basket salads
and other vegetables grown in the field.

GRAVITY ROLLER CONVEYOR

In the BASIC version, the central tunnel can accommodate 6+1 bins H750; In the HIGH version (Optional) it can have 12+2 bins H575.
The container handling is by the lower gravity roller conveyor and the rear tilting arm equipped with sliding rollers.

CENTRAL TRUCK

The central structure is the fundamental element of the machine: laterally, it has the 2 conveyor belt arms while on the central top,there is the command console.
Once a container has been filled, the operator hydraulically moves the support frame of the arms to the next one and so on; once the load is completed, the full containers are unloaded on the ground and loaded again the empty bins.
